In this class we are going to cover how to increase the stability and mobility of your upper body, so you can keep doing the things you love to do. I’ll show you stretches, exercises and alternate warm-up and cool down routines to keep you in optimal working order & to help minimize injury.
Class will be hands on and focused on things you can do on your own. The things we are covering are not focused on dealing with any conditions and are not an alternative to physical therapy or chiropractic treatments. If you do have a pre-existing condition or are undergoing treatment of some kind, we can discuss alternatives that could help you stay active as you are getting treatment.
